Beach houses
Cadzand-Bad

On the beach of Cadzand-Bad, fifteen luxurious beach houses were installed by order of Molecaten Park Hoogduin. These unique houses were produced and developed by Dutch EPS. For this project, we supplied thermally modified Fraké for the cladding, window frames, windows, and doors. The terraces and decks (not yet placed at the time of the photo) were produced using thermally modified Spruce. All wood is untreated, making the entire structure low-maintenance.

For the beach houses in Cadzand, MVSA Architects chose untreated Platowood Fraké. In March 2017 the houses were placed on the beach and in August 2017 these had already completely weathered.
