This modern villa in the coastal town of Domburg, Zeeland, not only provides living space for its residents but also houses four luxury suites. Both the main residence and the outbuilding are clad in Platowood Fraké — including two exterior doors, which are integrated seamlessly into the façade. The cladding has been finished in a custom-sampled colour developed specifically for this project, giving the wood a light appearance while retaining its natural warmth.

The client spent quite some time searching for the right colour and finish. Based on a reference photo, we eventually had a sample made, brushed and stained in the desired shade.”
