The Platowood sanded profiles and wood types are highly suitable for application in noise barriers. Noise barriers made of platonised wood have a high level of sound absorption, a natural appearance, and they are environmentally friendly. Moreover, they are low-maintenance and the material can be supplied with a fire-retardant finish, anti-graffiti coating and/or colour finish. If requested, the noise barriers can be mounted, too.
